ESA Refund Policy

Eureka Sports Association observes the following policy with respect to refunds of registration fees (Effective January 1, 2021)

 

Refund Policy for 2022 if Season is Cancelled for Baseball and Softball Blue, Red, and White Divisions, and all Training League Ages:

  • Refunds prior to the 1st game will be honored less a $30 fee for individual registrations and $300 for team registrations.
  • Refunds requested after the 1st scheduled game but prior to the 4th scheduled game will be issued at 75%.
  • Refunds requested after the 4th scheduled game but prior to the 6th scheduled game will be issued at 50%.
  • No refunds will be given after the 6th scheduled game.

2022 Fall Soccer

Season
  • Registration opens May 1st, 2022 and closes June 30th, 2022
  • A season consist of 8 games.
  • Games will begin on September 10th, 2022 and end no later than November 19th, 2022
  • Players interested in playing can register and ESA staff will assist in placing players on a team
  • Coaches interested in managing a team at ESA must contact our Registration Coordinator
 
Costs
  • The registration fee is per player
  • Little Kickers (Pre-K, K) - $95
  • Training League (1st, 2nd) - $125
  • Trophy League (3rd - High School) - $125
